Terra Chpt. 1
10:40, 27th day of Clouds circa 2050 N.C.
On the 21st day of the 12th month of the year 2030 N.C. a nuclear war broke out over the last amounts of fuel on the planet. The planet plunged into chaos. People died and mutated into things you couldn't call human. For 20 years after the war the world was just dying until we found something.
A gateway was found that leads to an alternate dimension. At first people didn't know what it was. I didn't know what to make of it either when I first heard about it. I thought it was some sort of sick joke.
"I am not joking Daz! People said there is one! We have to go there!" Kin said. He had a big grin on his face.
"It's impossible Kin. That's just what they tell you so you get excited over nothing. To those people life is just a sick joke." I said, I was polishing my AK-47 and lying against my beautiful M40 sniper rifle I had snagged from some City Marauders. My black hair was blowing in the calm wind and my red eyes were focused on his face.
Legend of Zelda Fanfic Chpt. 3"Hop on, Epona isn't going to bite." Link said to me as he got onto Epona. I slowly raised myself onto the horse, being cautious. As soon as I got on, she sneezed, startling me, if Link didn't grab my arm, I would've fell off. Link asked "Have you ever been on a horse before?" he asked. I couldn't help but look down and nod. "Its fine, I could tell by the look in your eye. Hold on! Hyah!" and Epona jolted forth, leading to Hyrule castle.
After a while, something didn't feel right. I've never felt like this before. Was it a new strain of flu? I tugged on Link's sleeve. Link's face was scarily pale. He said in an utterly cold tone "Something's wrong.... Something's REALLY wrong. I feel utterly sick... It's coming from Hyrule Castle town... It's powerful, even Epona's slowing down for feeling it. We have to hurry to Zelda..." His voice dwindled and became coarse, I felt as if my throat was on fire.
We reached Hyrule Castle town, and saw that everyone was passed out on the ground, even the
One shot: Sweet DreamsIt was a sharp pain. It was as if I had gotten ran through completely with a sword when in truth it wasn't anything of the sort. I looked at my attacker and screamed in pain. I even started to cry because of the pain. I saw the crimson run down my white uniform.
"This can't be how I die " I managed to get out.
"Why can't it girl?" said the creature, "You will make an excellent meal for me.
"No I will NOT!" I yelled. I managed to generate my bow and I had an arrow at the ready.
"Wait a sec you're a-" before it could finish its sentence I had shoot it with my bow and killed it with one arrow between the eyes. The creature turned to ashes and I fell. My wound continued to bleed and I howled in pain. My blood was leaking out now onto the white sand.
I tried to get up so I wouldn't be food to those other creatures. Its friends would be coming soon. They would want to eat me. I knew I couldn't go this way. Even though I was trying to suppress my transformati
Legend of Zelda FanFic chpt 2After flying for two days straight I couldn't take it anymore. Kalim was still flying and I knew we were already in Hyrule. I think Kalim was taking me to Princess Zelda to tell her what had happened. Unfortunately I couldn't take it anymore. As my vision was fading all I saw was Kalim getting farther and I felt the sensation of falling. I heard a squock coming from Kalim. Then it all went black.
I woke up to the sound of an ocarina. The music coming from it was beautiful. I sat up to find I had crashed on top of a tree. There were white feathers everywhere. The wings and shields were gone. I touched my face and realized that my scales were gone as well. My teeth weren't like razors anymore so I figured "Now that I look normal I can investigate where the music is coming from." I looked at my cloak and it looked like it was decaying in a closet for a hundred years. There were at least six holes in it and the bottom was shredded. Under that my dress was fit enough for royalty but the bac
Legend of Zelda: FanFic Chpt1Life is hard. I don't regret anything from my decision. They told me I had to leave the castle before the attack. My parents told me to go to Hyrule to spread the news that the kingdom has fallen, for darkness had come and the end was almost upon us.
"You are the only one who can escape because of your powers. Ganondorf and the Gerudo have cornered us. We want you to leave while we provide the distraction." My mother told me as I was getting on my cloak and packing a few things.
"What will you do mother? You and father must come with me." I said as tears ran down my face.
"Lekan, you must go on without us. We will defend the honor of Belness while you escape." My mother said with a fiery look in her eye.
"Mother I am a mere princess! There is no way I can escape! Let me fight with you and the knights until the end! Please!" I screamed with tears running down my face.
"No! You are the one who must escape! You have to care on our legacy! Care the will of Belness and its entire people wit
What is this abyss of life?I walked alone in this waste of nothing I called home. I saw the open desert and all of the ruins from thousands of years ago when creatures called humans roamed the earth before the times of darkness. I look upon the sand and wonder "Why am I here? why do I exist?" As I pondered the many questions I had serculating through what you may call a mind, I could here the eco of the people who once lived here as they screamed when the times of darkness began. I looked away and continued to walk the endless abyss. I have been here forever. I don't remember me being born or parents. All I remember is this desert and hearing the screams. thats all i have ever heard and thats all I ever will. That's it. That's what I was ment for. Just a eternity of wondering try to find something that didn't exist anymore. Something that never did.
I haven't seen another creature in a very long time. I fear I am the last thing left in this waste. The last thing that will live and die here. Forever forgotten to
The TrundlerThe waste land behind the fire station is always silent. No birds sing there, and even the wild rabbits and feral cats avoid it. Weedy wildflowers nod their seasonal heads in the breeze. Lying fallow in the midst of housing developments, shopping malls, the new movie theater — the vacant lot stands out like a knife wound on a woman’s placid face, shocking, brazen, ugly.
It is always empty. Except for one thing: a ragged heap of old trash, all nasty black tar paper and vicious snarls of rusted wire, car parts and broken glass and other junkyard jetsam. The embodiment of injury waiting to happen, an invitation to a tetanus shot... the city never hauled it away. No one ever wants anywhere near it; it radiates an eerie sense of calculating watchfulness.
And at night, it wanders.
When darkness falls, and the last cars heading into the hives of tract housing stop illuminating the asphalt with moving-picture shadows, it… unfolds. Bitter, broken tangles, grotesquely mov
